Video Discussion # 50: Stretching exercise - stretching the horse's shoulders before a ride
This video shows how to stretch out your horse's shoulders before a ride. How many of you regularly do this? She didn't say it, but I was always told that you should not pull at all when doing this... but should rather encourage the horse to push into the stretch. What are your thoughts?
